I learned a lot about the initiation phase. How to do it and where to focus on it. I have used my English and I feel more confident in both project and language skills.

The instruction and instructors were outstanding. This course helped me connect the dots of so many terms and processes within the initial phases of project management.

The Project Initiation section/course was full of practical information. I really appreciated the templates providing a hands-on experience with the various tools.

I learned a lot from this course. How to start a succesful project with templated, standards, real time projects to develop a projec plan, preaper project charter.
