Vic Murray, PhD., is currently Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Victoria. From 1983 to 1995, he was Director of the Voluntary Sector Management Program in the Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto. He is the author of many books, articles and papers in the fields of organizational behaviour and nonprofit management.
