[MUSIC] Hello, this is a Professor Dr. Lee. Last time we met a meditation instructor and heard the importance of self reflection and the minded subjection. By doing so we can solve our problems and be able to live happy life we want as a result. Okay, let us suppose that we have become perfectly happy through meditation then what will happen next? Naturally my happiness will pass around. They want to be much meaning if my happiness only stage with me because I am connected to the world and we are one. As we have done the self reflection up until now, really realized that from the moment we were born until now we will never free from relationships. We also realized that the state of my mind object others for an example let's say I have an uncomfortable relationship with someone. I feel uncomfortable being with that person and I don't like the way the person acts and talks, even though I don't express this as long as I have such mind, the person is also uncomfortable being near me. But what will happen if I draw away my picture world of I feel uncomfortable because of the person's action through the meditation, then I will be able to treat the person with ease. So the other person's attitude will also change, it seems like I meditate for myself but at the end this is for the people around me and the world. Okay, I want to self check all the pictures we brought up until now, we were brought up on apple and threw it away in the first week lecture. I told you that mindless objection is the same principle as the thinking of an apple and putting it into a trash can. Yes, it is correct, don't make it too complicated. Let us exercise again, imagine that you given apple to an elephant at the jaw. Instantly the elephant will eat the apple, and the point is that it will disappear. The mind world is invisible, we can throw away with the invisible mind thought and imagination. Although we cannot see with our eyes when we think about it, the pictures came out just like that, we must have the faith and the conviction that if we throw them away, they will disappear. As you may remember in the week three I explained about the principles of mind formation. People have eyes, nose, ears, mouth and the body, through these five senses, we take pictures of everything we experience, what we see, what we smell, what we hear, what you say and taste and what we feel. People take pictures of them with their minds and store them in their brains, the pictures are taken from individuals perspective. That is why even when you and your family go through the same experience, you will remember it differently from other family members. All the pictures you have in your mind are not real, I am the only one who has those pictures, no one else in the world has them, they are all false pictures. Now, it is time to practice drawing away those false pictures, your entire life from both until now has become pictures in your mind. You must have already seen lots of events, thought, feelings and relationships in your life as you are reflected in your life in the previous lectures. No, you will get rid of them in the bonfire, so now with your eyes open imagine that there is a bonfire in front of you. If you throw things away into the bonfire, they will be burned and disappear immediately. Just like it, when you throw away a piece of photograph into the bonfire, it'll be burned and disappeared. Now, bring up your very first to remember the thought, throw it into the bonfire. Bring up another pictures and threw it into the bonfire. It has disappeared immediately just like this, you can continue to bring up pictures of your life, throw them away into the bonfire. Then the pictures are burned and disappeared completely. Please think about the oldest memory from the childhood, think about elementary school, the playground, classroom or any scene where many students were. Can you think of your teacher? Can you think of your best friends? I become a middle school student, there are times I was fighting with a friend, teaching up friends, reading a good book or going to the movies. I become a high school student, think about myself who was studying hard. Were you happy to get accepted by your school? You want it? Or were you in despair because you didn't get accepted? I go to college now, dating, break up and meeting a new person, going to graduate school or applying for a job, living and working in the community, getting married all the way up until now. Like a scene from a movie, put the pictures of my life one by one, don't try to bring them up forcefully. Just comfortably throw away the pictures that come up, we will do this much today. Now close your eyes. All the pictures you brought up until now have been completely burned and disappeared in the bonfire. Now meditate for 30 seconds in this place. You can open your eyes now. Okay, very simply we practiced subtraction instead of expecting an instant change. Now please focus on understanding and following the method. It is because everything takes time to follow the course and steps. What's clear is that if you subject the picture world of the past step by step, your mind will become empty and the stress will disappear. Imagine if I didn't have any stress, how would I act towards others? Looking back how was your relationships with your siblings, parents and the children? What about your relations with a friend and co-workers? Who should have changed it first? In my daily life if I want to become happy and make others happy too, through the subtraction you can achieve your dreams, not just the talking or in theory, this meditation works in reality. Then I will see you in the next class, thank you.
