Thank you for doing that exercise and looking back and reflecting. And if you want to ask yourself some interesting questions back on the pre event, look at the time that you received that information and ask yourself what were the motivations you had to attend that program and how could he know that you needed that program? Did that program give you a way of looking at your existing level of performance and increasing that? So, what was your assessment of your capability and were others involved in that assessment that you got some feedback about how this program would have helped you. When we talk about joint with the program, we will look back on the content of the program and whether it matched your experience as the application of that content. When you were in that situation with a program going on, the event happening with the presentations that were given you, were they inspiring? Did you find that presentation something that matched your experience? Was the presentation credible? With the presentation techniques that you were given, did they actually reflect your own situation? So, did the presentation techniques did you actually practice a skill development? Was the information presented in a clear and reliable way? That reflect on your ability to apply that learning. Did you practice things on the program that were fairly near the skills and knowledge that you were being asked to apply? What was your reaction to the program? Was it simply a happy sheet? Or did it go beyond the happy sheet into some form of impact on you? And were the other participants of the program, were they motivated? Were they supportive? Did they ask you challenging questions? Did they give you other ideas about how you could implement things? And post program, were you really motivated to transfer? Did you go back with a plan? Was the program relevant and applicable when you got back to the working environment? And did you get the support of your manager and your peers and the resources you needed to practice and implement? Overall, was the culture of the company, one that encouraged you to change? Those are all things that if you found an exercise a little difficult, what actually help you get more structure on your reflection? The next part, we're going to offer you a structure we call a review sheet, actually offers you a way of beginning to isolate one of the key drivers and enablers that help you both learn and transfer your learning. So, if you want to do more in-depth analysis of your reflection, you can pause the tape and do more analysis. If you want to go into the next stage of the review, we suggest you find a reviewing partner and have an opportunity to get a bit challenge from the next part which is the review where we are going to give you a structure for looking at more in depth with the reflections that you've just made.
