After these two first filters idea and team, it is very important also to show that you are ready to execute your model. This is a hands-on oriented project, right, so that you are not just a strategic thinker, but you can also produce thing and to validate your own model. When we are talking about these third circle, resources you have to show which is the main source of your own resources that you have put on the table, which is your own effort to validate the model. Remember, that this is also very important if you want to convince anyone to enter in your project, it is very typical for interpreters to ask for money from the very beginning is something like, hey, this is the value of my idea, this is the value of my project, it is not enough. You have to show your own commitment and showing your own commitment means that you have also to put your own resources, funding and time, knowledge or whatever you think that it's necessary to run the project properly. So Gerard, this is a very important point. When talking about starting the company, when talking about with zero euros, zero money, zero resources, zero people supporting the project, how did you manage to pass this stage in the in the very beginning? >> So well, first of all at the very beginning you have to make a huge commitment, which is to take the risk to start your own company. And in this step what you have to do, and I think that the most important is that in order to demonstrate that you want to build a serious business, is at a certain you have to quit your job. Right? So I think that this is the, let's say the first high risk that you have to take and all the founders of a company at certain point, has to do that at the very beginning. Also everybody has to commit to the company with whatever he can do. For instance in our case one of the co-founders just put his home and we started the company in his living room. Our first office was the flat of a friend, and it was also with his flat-mate, right. So, you know what, you have to take these on risk and take resources where you don't think that there are resources. Also additionally everybody in our case, we put your own savings and we put our own context as well. So when we built the first prototype we are looking for or context which is not too much at this moment because we had just quit the university right but come talk to professors, talk to people who has also starting his company, let's say to pilot our solution. So that's the kind of risks that you have to take and kind of resources that you have to grab at the very beginning to let that the people show let people understand that you have been highly committed to this new company. >> Let me make you another another question, how many people where you at the beginning? >> At the beginning, we had three founders. Three founders. >> Yeah. >> Were you all at the same level in the starting point, the same level of commitment and willing to take the risk? >> Well at this point, in our case, it was not, so in our case there is like, say, one order to who is the people who has to take this, who has to left is his job or quit his job in order to start a company, and additionally not everybody put the same level of resources. So this is also depending on the role of the people because this people at the beginning, let's say everybody expects a high commitment for the technical part, right? However, there is no sense that you have a chief financial officer in a company that has no revenues and no cos, right? Right? So, you know, depending on the needs and depending on the roles you have to take one risk or everybody understands that you have to put one resources on the others. >> Okay, and just one last question about this about this part, sub-net securities are a global trend. So there are very very well-paid jobs everywhere, which is the main recommendation you should say to a new cybersecurity entrepreneur, hey, start your company instead of getting a real job with a real salary. Yeah. So indeed, indeed. My very first recommendation is are you serious to start a company because of you know, when you're starting a company you are buying tons of problems that you have no idea that these problems exist. So you have to be sure that what you are doing you are committed to do that. Otherwise, you will have a problem but yourself, right, you will work in a job that you don't like it. So think on that. There is a lot of solution there is a lot of work that you can do, it's a highly niche, and its it's a well-paid jobs. So be sure that if you are starting another project you want to do that. That's my very first recommendation. Excellent. So remember when being an entrepreneur, you have to be very serious and you have to be very very professional. If you are very serious, you will probably get, just probably serious support probably serious money in the following years.
