Let's take a look at Gerd Limited. This is a software development services company that work primarily with pharmaceutical companies. They have a new client that they're asked to develop a CRM tool. In about three months, this cross functional team is going to test the program. But now let's look in as they get all of their ducks in a row to make sure that that testing is succesful. Let's take a peak. >> Okay, thanks everybody for coming. Glad you can be here. Hey Mikki. >> Hi Mikki. >> Hi Mikki. >> Hear us okay? Okay, great. >> Hey. >> So as we know, we have an amazing project in our midst. And it's a big deal for Gerd Limited. And if all goes well, it could lead to many more projects. Very important and that said, of course if there were any snags, then the client could lose a lot of money. Big financial loss, for us as well as them. So, we just want to make sure that everything is rolling along as it should. So in three months time, when we start testing everything rolls smoothly then. So where we are as far that goes. >> Yeah thanks, we right now are just concerned about the compatibility of systems we haven't done any testing so far. >> That's a good point. But that's why we did due diligence before we started this project. We've been working hard and really studying the client systems. And making sure that it mirrors the development systems. >> Good. >> Jacob, yeah, I agree but we can still have technical issues creeping in during the testing phase. We don't have any control over those client systems. And that due diligence was done a little while ago. So they may have done software upgrades since then. >> Yeah. >> That's a really valid point. And it could be a really high risk situation if we don't get on it right away. So yeah we want to find out about that, what can we do? >> I actually checked the knowledge repository. We have a lot of history here with our previous clients. So I'm glad we're bringing this up now having this conversation, so we just can nip them in the bud. >> Right. >> That's great. I'm glad you brought this up. I will definitely be in touch with Theresa at the client's office with regard to IT. I'm certain that they've done multiple technology upgrades. >> Good. I think their Software Development Department really needs to look over this beforehand, right? >> Yeah. >> So, John's going to find out all information from the client. Find out if there's anything that we need to do to adjust and integrate with their system before three months time. So, that you're going to get that to Mikki and Jacob. They'll review it in the next few days, maybe over the weekend as well. And then next week we'll meet same time, same place and see where we stand at that point. Sound good? >> Cool. >> Think you can be there? >> I'll send you guys and email after I talk to her on Friday. >> Yeah, great. >> Okay good, so next point of business. Company picnic. >> Yeah. >> Did you guys get the invitation? >> Yeah! >> Yeah. >> Everybody on board? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Great! >> Have fun. >> It'll be really great. >> Anyone bringing kids? >> Yeah. >> Mikki are you bringing your son? Can he come? >> Yeah! Can he come? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right, good.
