Hi, this is James Fricton, again, and this is part 4 of module 2, the person impact of pain. And the title of this is assess your seven realms. As SOCRATES says, KNOW THYSELF. So the purpose of this last part is to really help you understand, what your risk factors and your protective factors are. So, if you don't mind, let's shift the focus to you. You talkin to me? Yes, I'm talking to you. Who? Me? Yes. Who are you? Okay, you're talking to me. What about me? What are you doing right now? Yes, I know, you're listening to me right now. You're watching this presentation. But what else is going on in your life? Why don't you take a selfie of yourself. Yes, look at yourself from above, and what do you see? What's going on in your life? That's right. Who are you with right now? Are you sitting there alone? And I know you can see your body from a distance away, but watch yourself from this distance. And when your watching yourself, what's going on in your seven realms? Let's go through each route in your mind. So what are you thinking about right now? Is it random thoughts? Are you thinking well this is kind of interesting, or maybe it's weird? Are you learning anything? Maybe yes, maybe no? But what's the point? Should you skip ahead? No, this may be interesting enough. So, where am I going with this. So, what's happening to your body? Okay, you're sitting, staring at the computer. Do you have any pain? Perhaps your neck is sore from slouching over the computer, or your butt is sore from sitting too long. Or do you feel hungry or thirsty right now? Whats happening to your body? And what are you doing today? What's your lifestyle like? Last night, today, tonight? Maybe your not hungry now, but maybe you have a good meal planned for later, maybe pizza? How well did you sleep last night. Are you tired right now? And will you sleep well tonight? And if not why not? Is it pain, is it worry? Or maybe those several cups of coffee. Are you upset is your mind racing right now? What's going on with your lifestyle, and your emotions? So how do you feel right now? Are you happy to be taking this course? Or are you bored, frustrated? Are you excited to learn more about prevention to chronic pain? Frustration, anxiety, happiness, contentedness. How are you feeling right now? And what is driving your emotions? Now, what about your social group? What relationships do you have? Who are you with? Are you alone right now? Are you with a friend or a colleague? Will a friend or family be here soon? Did they call ahead? How are these relationships? Are they positive? Do you have any conflicts? Do you have people in your life, who give you energy? Or people who deplete your energy? What are your relationships like? And what about your environment? What surrounds you right now? Where do you live, and what is in your room right now? Are you at school or at home, in the library? Are you at your desk? What else is in the room? And what's out your window? Do you have a window? Is there a giraffe looking in your window? Is it the city outside? Is the sun out? Is it spring? Is it cloudy? Is it rainy? What's going on in your environment? And then finally, your spirit. What is really driving you? Is it your career, you're trying to further develop this. Is it to understand yourself more? What's your passion? Do you have any fears, your courage? What's your purpose in life? And, and what do you want to do with it. Do you want to be your own creator? Do you want to be your architect to determine, what your life is going to be like? Do you want a good life? And do you have energy? Sufficient energy? And do you pass on this energy to others? So what do you see when you look deep inside yourself? What makes you who you are? So, let's find out who you are. What is unique about you? And what defines you in each of the seven realms of your life? So I'd like you to take the assessment right now.
