[MUSIC] The fourth thing that you are going to have to do is to start analyzing. Up to now what you have is find the problem, find the criteria and with creative association of ADS, find certain alternatives, now that you're going to have to cross things around and start looking at the analysis. And looking the alternatives under light of the different criteria that you have. Then, you're going to need to make decision and select one of the alternatives. How much time of the life of a manager is [INAUDIBLE] decision. What is missing here is action. Without action, all the previous stuff is worth nothing. Without decision, if you only have action, and you don't have a problem, criteria, alternatives, analysis, decision, you don't know why you're doing things for. So you need the six steps. The first five give you the reason why you are doing the action. And the action is what changes the world. And that's what's going to be the major part of the manager's time. Whether it's more or less important than the other is a neck of chicken problem. What is going to be the analysis part? going to do this thing. And of course, this is the kind of easy life that you want to have. When you have two alternatives and they're all the criteria, there is one alternative that dominates the other. That's the easy decision. Which alternative would you choose? A1, of course. Right. How often is your life so simple? What you usually have is this kind of stuff, and then what do you do? If you look at the criteria, and you think, that criteria two and criteria three are as important as criteria one, probably you would go to A2. But how do you know what criteria one is less important or equal important than criteria two or three. And that's where value judgement comes into place. That is, after you've done that analysis, when you have to look to you, look inside and say, which of these criteria do I find more important? Because you have to do it after the analysis. You cannot say that criteria three, which is just one plus It's a lot more important than criteria one, which is plus plus, right? Unless you know that there is a differing number of impact, which is the number of pluses that one has. That you will only know after you have done the analysis. Basically, what we have here is the six step process. We identify the problem, and for that you need to reference model. You select the right criteria. You get with creative of association of ideas to write those alternatives. You do the analysis, you decide with value judgement of which criteria are more important than the others.
