I already am practicing some of the lessons in this course but I'm ready to take on better habits for a better lifestyle. Great introductory course built on solid foundations. As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach I'm familiar with most of the approaches suggested and knowledge shared in this course. Still, it was a good refresher.
