This course seems very immersive for entry-level IT. Great job on the videos! The people giving the help through out the course really bring you in to keep wanting more IT.

A great start to the whole certification. This course is a sort of intro (101) to everything you will be learning in this program. Good presentation and easy assignments.

The overall course was excellent. However, can you have an option of making the glossary terminology sorted by their corresponding categories instead of in alphabet order.

Definitely an interesting foundation course to IT, I love the fact that I knew some information off the start because I have been working with computers since I was a kid.
