Very good course for those wanting a start into IT Support. As i have worked in IT support in the past, I completed the course (which watching all videos) in 5 hours (roughly).

Every google course is well-crafted by educationists and handled by experts in the field. I am impressed by the way concepts were explained and I'm pretty certain they'll stick.

the course introduces one to the vast Field of IT in a manner that is both engaging and Educative. I would Recommend it for anyone who hopes or aspires to pursue a career in IT.

It was great course and I learnt a lot of things. As more people are using Windows and not familiar with Linux, so in this courser there should be a little more detail about it.

Great introduction that taught me a lot that I didn't even have the concept to research to learn more. It elevated my knowledge and sparked interest in my future field of study.

This course is extremely easy to navigate and learn. Learning is as hard as you make it but this course really gets you prepared to put your foot in the door in this profession.

I've already had some prior experience relating to this certificate program, however I do see this course as being useful for those who are new to IT, and wanting to learn more.

Great course for understanding some basics of tech support and IT work. It was a good overview of various IT fields combined with some detailed education in a few these fields.

I loved how interactive the course was. It was so interesting to assemble your own PC and using remote desktop to do stuff. I just hope it keeps getting better from here on out.
