I like this course and i recommended to anyone pretty amazing course but i don't like using Wikipedia for reading materials if its upload from google professionals i like to read it

I really enjoyed this course. I helped me to validate what I've learned over the years and gave me new experiences. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in computers.

It's a very good fundamentals course. Through this course you can have the big picture of the IT role. If you have no experience with IT support, this is a very good place to start.

Perfect for someone who doesnt know much, if anything, about computers! This is also good for people who have had some practice but want to refresh themselves before moving forward.

I have gained an immense amount of knowledge from this course. I cannot wait to dive deeper into the ever changing technology world and the other courses provided through coursera.

It was ALOT easier than i expected but it is only the beginner level of tech support. Most of the things here i already knew off of personal experience and classes taken in school

This was a great overview of the fundamentals. I wish it would of dug a little deeper into the hardware side. I notice when it comes to comptia tests, I'm lacking on the hardware.
