Great intro for someone new or great from someone with some experience and looking to solidify/refresh their foundation of IT support knowledge.

The course was manageable in how the sessions were delivered. The content was very informative and the quizzes helped to reinforce the material.

Great place to start if you're someone like myself with no prior knowledge of IT beside installing software or hardware that you own personally.

Great introduction to IT if you have never been around it or just starting out in it. It gives you a very well over view of support fundamentals
