Jeff is the Executive Director of the Wharton Leadership Program and a Lecturer at The Wharton School and the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania. As Executive Director, Jeff is responsible for the portfolio of curricular and co-curricular leadership development programs available to Wharton undergraduate and MBA students. He teaches interdisciplinary leadership development courses and programs for students and executives. Jeff is an honors graduate from Penn State University (BA, BS) and the Wharton School (MBA), and is currently a Penn doctoral student focused on educational leadership. Jeff serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Global Partnerships Forum, a Board Member for Summer Search Philadelphia, and a Leadership Development Committee Member of the Pig Iron Theatre Company.
