<p>Abraham Bernstein is a Full Professor at the <a href="">Department of Informatics</a> (Institut für Informatik) of the <a href="" title="Link:">University of Zurich</a>.&nbsp;His current <a href="">research</a>&nbsp;focuses on various aspects of&nbsp;the semantic web, knowledge discovery,and crowd computing.&nbsp;His work is based on both social science (organizational psychology/sociology/economics) and technical (computer science, artificial intelligence) foundations.</p> <p>Abraham received a&nbsp;Diploma in Computer Science (comparable to a M.S.) from the Swiss Federal Institute in Zurich (ETH) in 1994 and a PhD in Management with a concentration in IT from MIT in 2000.&nbsp;Prior to joining the University of Zurich he was on the faculty at New York University and worked in industry.&nbsp;</p>
